Megan is a systems thinker and creative problem solver with over 13 years of experience in K-12 education. She specializes in building and scaling high-impact operational systems that keep students and staff at the center.

Her career began as a founding AmeriCorps fellow and the first Operations Manager at Phoenix Academy Lawrence. She went on to found Collegiate Charter High School of Los Angeles as Director of Operations, and most recently served as Director of Operations at Ednovate as the organization expanded from 3 to 6 schools and a virtual program serving 2,500+ students.

She brings real-world experience, empathy, and strategic thinking to every partnership—connecting big-picture strategy with the details that matter most.
